We are a smaller facility with a big heart! We are designed by pet parents for pet parents, and offer more services than any other pet care provider in our area! From cat sitting to dog walking to pet taxi to daycare, we offer it all! Staff are trained in Pet First Aid/CPCR, and we are a chicken free facility offering freeze dried liver treats! We understand pups can come in with various allergies and medical concerns, and we're always open to learning new care plans. We are the only pet care company in our region where you can book online, too! Additionally Included with your service is a cute pet care journal that shows highlights of their walk or daycare day!

We understand that leaving your pets with someone can sometimes be stressful! They're your babies, of course! That's why we take great pride in the care we provide, putting the health and safety of your pets our top priority. We are pet first aid trained and have over 100 pets on our roster!

Usually, we start with a meet and greet to go over any questions your may have, go over the care plan for your pet, and ensure your pet is familiar with our pack (or staff if we're doing home visits). From there, you'll get an invite to Precise Pet Care, our booking and journal software! Once you activate your account, you can book any of our services for your pet! Set it and forget it, as we like to say! Once the service has been accepted, sit back and let our team of professional pet care providers do the work! We also carry pet care specific insurance through ProFur!

Where do we start? There are countless benefits of a mixed dog environment. Some of the main ones of course are socialization, prevention and improvement of separation anxiety, confidence, manners, less destructive behaviours, learning communication and respect among other dogs, less issues with aggression and boredom, and much more!

Proof of vaccination is required to be part of the pack!

 We provide fresh water throughout the day for canine companions. If we notice that your dog is not slowing down for a water break in daycare, we will separate them from the pack for a five minute water break. 

Some dogs don’t enjoy drinking out of communal water bowls, and some dogs simply don’t stop for a quick drink of water. We always do our best to monitor if your dog is drinking regularly, if we notice they have not taken a water break we will separate them for a quick water break to replenish. 

Dog’s are welcome to potty inside, we immediately clean up and sanitize after them. We have a 250 Square Foot outdoor space, too!

Absolutely! Our main priority is to provide a safe environment for all dogs and cats! We have a zero aggression policy for any mixed pet situations. If your dog did not do well, we will let you know and do our best to recommend a solution for their behavioral problems. In extreme cases, your pet may be expelled from our facility. If you have an aggressive dog please contact us for recommendations and options. 

 All of our staff is fully capable of administering medication to your dog. Please leave detailed instructions if your dog requires medication. We do not administer any medication to cats. We do not administer injections such as insulin. 

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee. Boarding and pet sits are subject to specific cancellation policies as outlined in our boarding/pet care Terms of Service contract.

That's okay! Sometimes daycare isn't a good fit for your pup, and we completely understand that. We have a wide variety of services for your pup to use in lieu of coming to daycare.
